Cash Pocket is currently free — here’s how billing would work if we add paid plans.
Cash Pocket is presently offered completely free of charge. There are no subscriptions, no in-app purchases, and no payment of any kind within the app or the web service. Because we do not collect any payments today, there are currently no charges to cancel and nothing to refund.
We may introduce optional paid plans in the future. If and when we do, we will update this policy and give notice in advance, and the sections below will apply to those plans. They are provided here for transparency only and do not indicate any current charge.
The following terms will take effect only if and when paid plans are introduced.
You can cancel a paid plan at any time from your account settings or, for app-store purchases, through your Google Play or Apple App Store subscription settings. When you cancel:
Should paid plans become available, because the Service is delivered digitally and access is granted immediately, fees would generally be non-refundable except where required by law. We may, at our discretion, consider refunds in cases such as:
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within a reasonable period. Purchases made through Google Play or the Apple App Store are subject to those platforms’ respective refund policies and processes.
To request a refund or report a billing issue, email support@cashpocket.in with your account email and the transaction details. We aim to respond within 3–5 business days.
We may update this Refund & Cancellation Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date above reflects the latest revision.
